any booking on this site.
The use of this reservation web site is conditioned
by the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of the following terms and conditions you must
not make any reservation using it.

Andalucia Transfers
The Lead Passenger – This is the person who
placed the booking and takes responsibility for the booking and accepts
all of the following terms and conditions for and on behalf of each
member of the party.
Bookings
You can make a booking easily on line. Payment by PayPal is
required at the time of booking, exception made to wheelchair transfers who
are subject to our previous confirmation.
Online bookings on this web site can only be made
up to 72 hours prior to departure.
Reservations within 72 hours of date of departure,
will have to be made via telephone directly through our customer services
number.

Once the booking arrangements have been confirmed & paid for a written
confirmation of the booking will then be sent by email to the Lead Passenger
who made the booking.
The Lead Passenger, in doing so, agrees to act as
an agent and accepts all of the terms and conditions on behalf of each member
of the party
AAT are
transfer providers and book the services through approved, licensed
and insured transfer suppliers.
Additional
Booking & Price Information
- The
quoted rates are per vehicle and NOT per
person.
- Any
reasonable excess luggage*(refer to Baggage Allowance) may incur
in additional supplement costs, which may need to be paid directly
to the driver, in local currency, at the time of pick-up.
- All
assistance at airports with ‘meet & greet’ are
free.
- The
request and use of child boosters and baby seats are complimentary.
Voucher
The booking confirmation will be sent to the Lead
Passenger by email. The Lead Passenger must print out the confirmation
voucher as proof of purchase following the link provided on the confirmation
email.
The printed voucher should be kept with the Lead
Passenger when travelling for it must be shown to the AAT representative,
when requested.
Events
within our control
If AAT fail for any reason within our control to transfer
you from your pre-arranged pick-up to your pre-arranged destination and you
are forced to seek an alternative transfer, any reimbursement made shall
be no more than the cost of getting from the pick-up point to the drop-off
point by taxi. Make sure that you request a written receipt from the taxi
driver for insurance purposes.
Events
beyond our control
AAT endeavours to carry its passengers
safely and comfortably to their chosen destination
with as little inconvenience as possible. However, AAT will
not pay compensation for any events beyond our control
which include: War, civil disturbances, terrorist
activity, vandalism, industrial disputes, technical
problems with transport, closed or congested airports,
natural or nuclear disasters, fire, severe weather
conditions, accidents causing delays to your transport,
compliance with police requests, unforeseen traffic
delays, problems caused by other customers, other
circumstances affecting passenger safety and any
other similar event.
The Lead Passenger and other party members are advised
to check their own travel insurance, and must make sure that all items of
luggage belonging to his party are labelled correctly with names and resort
destination/s.
Cancellations
The Lead Passenger may cancel confirmed transfer booking
at any time through our online booking system, by quoting the booking reference
number & validation code, but for cancellations made at least 15 days
before the time of travel AAT will refund the paid value
less an administration fee of € 30.00 per booking.
Bookings cancelled within 15 days of time of travel,
will not be refunded.
Changes
to the Booking
The Lead Passenger can make changes to confirmed transfer
bookings through our online booking system, by quoting the booking reference
number & validation code and adding new requirements.
Should the Lead Passenger require to, increase
the number of passengers within the party or change the route,
before the time of travel, a new re-quote and settlement of any additional
will be needed. The new rate may differ from the rate previously settled. If
an extra vehicle is required, AAT will advise you on the
most cost effective transfer available.
Online booking changes are not accepted within a 72
hour period before travelling. Should you wish to make any
changes, please contact AAT local representative, provided
on your voucher.
Flight
Reschedules & Cancellations
In case of flight schedule changes & flight cancellations for reasons
beyond passenger’s control AAT will rearrange pick
ups & drop offs accordingly, as soon as AAT is informed
of changes, at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure to or from resort.
Flight
Delays
If the arrival flight is delayed for any reason,
our AAT Representative will still ‘meet & greet’ you
at the airport when the flight lands.
If the arrival flight is delayed more than 1 hour
from the scheduled flight arrival time, please call AAT local
representative, name and phone number are provided on voucher, immediately
for an update on the situation.
Transfer
Delays
AAT will endeavour to ensure that
the transfer vehicle(s) arrives on time to collect
you and your party and reaches its destination on
time. AAT will not incur any
liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due
to causes beyond its control.
If for any reason the vehicle for your departure
transfer is delayed more than 15 mins from the scheduled pickup time, please
call AAT local representative, name and phone number are
provided on voucher.
Baggage
Allowance
Each passenger will be permitted up to 1 large suitcase
and a golf bag.
If excess baggage needs additional transportation
including trailers, the Lead Passenger will be liable for additional costs*. The
Lead Passenger must make sure that all items of luggage belong to his party.
Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and
third party claims, as required under the law of the country in which
it is registered. However, customer’s property is carried
entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for
loss and damage. The Lead Passenger and other party members are
advised to check their own travel insurance.
Rights
Reserved- Alcohol and Illegal Substances
The Lead Passenger should note that AAT and its Approved
Supplier Drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought
to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a
threat to the driver, passengers or the vehicle.
Travelling
with Children & Infants
Laws & regulations pertaining to the use of baby seats, child seats & seat
belts vary from country to country for age limits and fitting in cars,
minibuses and coaches. If you require a baby seat or child booster, please
request one at the time of booking. The driver may refuse to carry
the baby or child without the appropriate road safety equipment.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the transfer vehicles.
The
consumption of food & drink
The consumption of food & drink during transfers is at the discretion
of the Approved Transfer Suppliers and/or their drivers.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have any reason to
complain or experience any problems when dealing with AAT or
any of its approved transfer suppliers, please inform the transfer driver
immediately who will be more than happy to assist.
You should then put any complaint in writing, by
email directly to AAT within 20 days of the verbal complaint. If
you have any queries or experience any difficulties with our website or booking
system, please inform our customer services department immediately at customerservice@algarve-andalucia-transfers.com and
we will do our utmost to resolve the matter.
Wheelchair
Requests
If the Lead Passenger or any member of their party
has a wheelchair request, or are disabled you must inform us at the time
of booking, we will then confirm if the transfer will be suitable, and able
to meet your requirements before we accept the booking. If AAT cannot
accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned we may have to decline
the booking.
